The rooms were clean but the noise level from other rooms was a bit loud

The rooms have a full and working kitchen set, including a full size fridge, but you will need to provide your own cookware and cutlery. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean. The TVs are dumb models hooked to cable, whether or not that's a good thing is up to you, just know if you want streaming, you'll have to bring your own solution. That's probably for the best, though. There's a pool, it looked good, but I didn't bring my trunks to try it. The management I met was friendly. Google mentions a coffee maker and a free breakfast? These things are not present. No coffee maker, and the breakfast room has long been converted into a maintenance room. Additionally, when we arrived there were a bunch of people loitering around in the parking lot. Still have no idea what their deal was, and it bothered my mom. Nothing happened though. The screens were missing from the windows, which was kind of a problem, it was kind of a warm night and it took a while for the A/C to catch up. I do recommend this place, and would come back again, better prepared now that I know what I know. I've been in more expensive places that have less.

There's nothing fancy here. If you just need a clean quiet room and appreciate a friendly staff, this is your place. That's without mentioning that the rates are super affordable.

This hotel is one of the nicest places in the Tri Cities area and I highly recommend it!

I am a travel nurse and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. The rooms have all been updated, new paint/floors/appliances. Manager has been very nice and is seen constantly around helping his staff. The family above us is consistently loud and manager was on it quickly. He definitely takes pride in this place and makes sure that things are taken care of for everyone. Housekeeper is absolutely sweet and comes to our room and checks in with us daily to clean or replace towels. We even see her today outside cleaning windows and emptying trash because her coworker was busy at the other location taking care of maintenance there. She was working hard to make sure the inside and outside were very clean! Convenient location. Close to restaurants, gas station and grocery store. We love it here!!

My wife and I absolutely adore this hotel!! The staff here are very professional, yet down to earth and very compassionate and understanding. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and treat every guest as a valued guest regardless of color, creed, or social status. Security is definitely at the top of their game with keyed entry, well put together and maintained camera system, and the community "neighborhood watch"; I've never had an issue letting my wife walk the premises without my presence being needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

This motel had a full kitchen to Cook our meals it was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Affordable rates.
